Iodoform is used for root canal treatment.
It is one of the components of some root canal filling in paste. It acts slightly anesthetic, dries exudates, acts hemostatic, do not irritate the periapical tissues.

P305+P351+P338 - IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and can be easily removed. Continue to rinse.
P501 - Dispose of contents/container in appropriately labelled waste containers in accordance with national regulations.
Storage:
P403+P233 - Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed.
P410 - Protect from sunlight.
P210 - Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other sources of ignition. Do not smoke.
P232 - Protect from moisture. Keep in a dry place.
