Instructions for use:
- Place dental dam on template then adjust.
- Use a marker to mark a point that defines a specific tooth to be isolated.
- Use a punch to cut the hole.
- Place the cofferdam on the metal frame.
- Place the clamp wings in the hole.
- Using a rubber dam forceps open the clamp and place it on the tooth.
